COVID-19 Statement 

We are open for in-store shopping and are following public health guidelines for COVID-19.

- Masks are mandatory

- Social distancing is in effect limiting store capacity

- “No contact” curbside pick-up is available. If you select curbside pick-up, please email or call us to set up a time for pickup of your purchase.

We offer free delivery in the Greater Toronto Area and delivery to the rest of Canada. We do not currently ship to the rest of the world. 

Please note that we do ship via Canada Post and they, as well as most postal services, are overwhelmed and your parcel may arrive later than anticipated. Your package will be sent within three business days of an order being placed, but once it's been passed off to Canada Post, the timing is out of my hands. I appreciate your patience very much during this time!  

Our COVID Experience 

My main goal as a lingerie expert has been to help women find confidence, beauty, and self-love within themselves and show the world their best self. I am grateful for the opportunity to personally do that by providing women with advice, knowledge, and luxury lingerie for 23 of the 35 years we have been in at Avenue Road.  

In March 2020, the pandemic threw the world off its axis, and like most small businesses, we were greatly affected by COVID -19. The city shut down because it was important to prioritize the health and safety of everyone. However, this did not mean I would let my goal be halted as well! I decided to rise to the challenge and through the help of friends and the city, Kathryn’s Lingerie was revamped with a new e-commerce website. My commitment to help women find confidence, beauty, and self-love within themselves especially during these trying times has never been more important than now.  

This pandemic has made the last year seem endless; however, it has not stopped nor will stop the love, help, and kindness Torontonians have been exhibiting towards each other. I am so grateful to my community and customers who support local small businesses during these tough economic times.  

Continue to keep yourself and your community safe by following the City’s health protocols and help your small businesses by shopping and buying local! Your giftee and local store owners will both be very happy and grateful!  

It’s been an amazing 35 years and we look forward to the next 35 years.
