Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Kathryn's Lingerie does not offer refunds for any items. We offer store credit or exchange only. Store credit is valid for 12 months, and expires after that time.
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, garments must be in the same condition that you received them. They must be unwashed, unworn, free of scent and stains, with their original packaging and all tags attached.
Items can be exchanged in person at our store (1847 Avenue Road, North York ON, M5M 3Z4, Canada) or by mail to the same address if the returned item is received within fourteen days of date purchased.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items purchased online if the item was sent directly from the manufacturer and arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Returning Your Item
You are responsible for returning the item(s) to our store via curbside drop-off or shipped to Kathryn's Lingerie, 1847 Avenue Road, North York ON M5M 3Z4, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly urge you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Otherwise, you are not guaranteed that we will receive your returned item within thirty days of the original purchase date.
