Curbside pickup between 12 noon and 4 pm Monday, Wednesday - Saturday. Canada-wide shipping available with free delivery in the GTA. In-store shopping available with public health restrictions in place.

Shipping Policy

Please note that delivery times may be longer than normal due to postal delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Shipping Rates 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Orders that are over $100 before tax qualify for free ground shipping in Canada. 

Curbside Pickup: 

Curbside pickup is available on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12:30-4pm.  Select the 'curbside pickup' option at checkout.  Note: If the curbside pickup option is not showing for you, try clearing your cache or using a different browser.

When your order is ready for pick-up, we send you an email notification with a link to our curbside pickup schedule. Simply select the time slot that is best for you to schedule your pickup.

What if the curbside pickup times do not work for me? 

Please select the Canada Post Shipping option if our curbside pickup times do not work for you. 

Processing and Shipping Information:

Online orders are processed the day after they are placed, and can require 2 - 3 business days for processing. Kathryn's Lingerie does not ship on weekends or Statutory Holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

International Shipping Information and Policies:

Kathryn's Lingerie currently does not offer shipping outside of Canada. All prices are in $Canadian Dollars. 

Expected Delivery Timeline:

Please also note during this time, there may be delays to orders shipped due to longer delivery times by Canada Post. At this time Canada Post is not ensuring any of their service delivery commitments will be made, due to overwhelming e-commerce volumes being experienced.

All parcels that are over $100.00 will require a signature. Canada Post will not release this parcel to the customer unless someone is available to sign for it. 

Out of stock items:

If an item is found to be unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy, the item will be removed from your order and you will be notified. You will not be charged for any items that are not available.
